Secure Retail Career Opportunities

Secure Retail is the specialist provider of payments hardware and services for the retail, hospitality and unattended sectors, providing the backbone to our customers’ secure payments strategy.

We are currently expanding and are looking for applications to join the Company in the following roles:

Operations Support (Software Services)

The purpose of the Operations Support is to process orders from customers and liaise with our suppliers and partners from the start to completion liaising with all stakeholders and provide after sale support to the customer as required.

Solution Sales Customer Support

The purpose of the role is to provide administrative and customer support for the Solutions team. Primarily this will be to action new orders, provide pre-sales and post-sales support and to handle customer issues.

Managed Services and Helpdesk Support

The purpose of Managed Services and Helpdesk Support is to facilitate the ‘Swap Out’ process; log faulty devices, test the returned Payment Entry Device (PED) and customise and load software when required to meet the requirements of the customer following the correct processes established by the Company.
