Vacancy - Warehouse Repair Technician (Position Now Filled)

Do you have experience of working within a warehouse or logistics environment? Are you technically minded? Are you confident speaking to customers?

We are a leading distributor in payment solutions and specialise in market leading tablet based point of sale hardware and ePOS software.

As a Warehouse/Repair Technician you will be responsible for warehouse activities such as order processing and stock movement and providing first line technical support for our customers through our Telephone Helpdesk.

To be successful you will:

  • Be IT literate as the role involves loading software and technical diagnosis of payment hardware and software (full training is provided)
  • Be a good communicator both verbally and written
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Be flexible
  • Have the ability to react quickly in a busy environment to ensure that our customer’s needs are met
  • Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be able to follow procedures
  • Be willing to undergo a DBS (criminal record) check

Our Helpdesk is operational 364 days a year from 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 5pm on Sundays. Candidates must be flexible to work a shift pattern that will include working from home some weekends ie 1 in 4.

This role would suit Logistic Operative, Helpdesk Advisors, Repair Technicians or IT Technicians.
