Job Title: Logistics Support

Department: Logistics

Reporting to: Assistant Operations Manager

Aim of the Department
The aim of the department is to ensure the smooth and accurate delivery of payment terminals and payment solutions to our customers.

Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the role is to provide the Logistical function with the department and support the Assistant Operations Manager for the success of the team.

Goods In Key Tasks:
• Advise the Assistant Operations Manager and/or Operations Manager on all stock arrivals.
• Book stock in and ensure that it is in system (Strategix) by the end of month.
• Ensure all stock is checked and labelled up.

Goods Out Key Tasks:
• Pick and pack orders
• To manage and prioritise order despatch
• Communicate with the internal sales team to ensure all urgent orders are shipped.
• Ensuring pallets are ready for collection on time
• Manual allocating stock to specific orders

Stock Management:
• Stock checking and comparing data is correct in the system (D-track)
• Tidying the bins
• Checking and amending quantities
• Bin moves
• Creating bin locations

• Point to Point Encryption (P2PE) process and secure cage access
• Secure Room
• Updating training notes accordingly

• Able to quickly react in a busy working environment to ensure that our customers' requirements are met, ie working to deadlines
• To be able to work under pressure yet consistently have an attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical skills and a methodical approach
• Experience of using Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work in a team environment
